Account Deletion

How to request deletion

• In the FreeSpace app, go to Profile, then Login & security.
• Tap Delete account and confirm the request.
• If you cannot access the app, email support@freespace.ie with the subject line Account deletion request.

What is deleted

• Your FreeSpace account profile and login access.
• Saved vehicles, favourites, and other account preferences tied to your profile.
• Listings you created that are no longer required for active or unresolved bookings.

What may be retained

• Booking, payout, refund, and payment records that must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, disputes, or legal compliance.
• Support and enforcement records where retention is required to investigate misuse, safety issues, or legal claims.

Retention timing

We action account deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible. Some operational records may be retained for a limited period where required for tax, accounting, fraud, payment, or legal obligations.
