Data Processing Terms
Business-facing data handling terms for operator or enterprise customers.
Roles
Where FreeSpace processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, the customer acts as controller and FreeSpace acts as processor except where FreeSpace determines its own purposes for security, billing, fraud, support, or legal compliance.
Processor commitments
- Process personal data only on documented instructions, except where law requires otherwise.
- Use appropriate technical and organisational security controls.
- Assist with data subject requests, breach notifications, and deletion or return of data at the end of service where applicable.
Subprocessors
FreeSpace may use payment, hosting, analytics, messaging, and support subprocessors where needed to provide the service, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.
